Certainly Aurelian.
Coin: Potin Tetradrachm
Mint: Alexandria, Egypt.
Year: 5, 274-275 AD
Looks most like the examples in Milne, 4426-4429
Ob:
AK L D*OM AVPHΛIANOC CEB, laureate and cuirassed bust right.
Rv:
ETOVC, Eagle, wings open, standing left.
E in right field.
*CCF posts cannot use some Greek letters, substitute "Lamda" for the "L" and "Delta" for the "D".
For selling, well the Roman coinage of Egypt is rare anyway since they were only minted in Egypt, for use only in Egypt.
The Eagle reverse types are treated as "common" but do not be put off by that.
This could sell for £15-20, if you set it at a fixed price.
The below example, Milne 4362, is one I sold earlier this year for £20.
