It was issued in 1992 as part of the 125th anniversary of Canadian Confederation. It is a commemorative "Loonie" - same size and specifications. It is a bronze coin. It was issued as a proof in an individual case (as shown in listing) and also as part of a 13-piece set along with the 25-cent pieces issues for the anniversary.
