ICCS ms63.
They're tough on cameos, so I'll say 'no'.

I think this coin would grade technically an easy MS64 if there wasn't so much going on. Although this could be a scenario where the picture just makes the coin look bad. I'll go MS62.

Honestly I think that your being too generous on the grades. It has a lot of contact marks in the wrong place. On the eyebrow, cheek and neck areas. It appears to be better than MS60 but not a MS63. If this was offered to me, I don't think I would buy it for MS63 money. I do agree that it has a cameo effect. Am I being too critical?

If it was PCGS, maybe. But we're talking about ICCS and ICCS grades by the condition of the 'fields' first, then contact marks on the high relief area. Definite ms63 imho, and if I'm off, I'd wager it would grade ms64, rather than ms62, because you could make a case that the fields are ms64 quality.

ICCS MS63...should not go 64 with those contacts on the face. Old ICCS would have even been tougher to get that 63 grade...

MS 62 Cameo. Way to many marks on obverse and not a very good strike on the reverse. Bob

Im think that maybe I am glad you guys don't do the grades for me my coin Maybe you all get excite by the object is shiny, eh Look when you take all the light off it This scarface guy with all the scratch on the nose, and the eye, and the cheekbone, and all over the fields like, now way he should be get more and ms62, but maybe ICCS will give him more, but then you cant always be argue that ICCS is right, cause I seen a lot of them that are not right, no ?
