That's fair. Given the results of the first coin I'll go 63 although it seems to have better detail the nose ding hurts.

1940's are funny with ICCS, but I'll go ms63 again. (strong second choice, ms62).

(I say 'funny' because over the years, I've seen ICCS give a broad range of grades for this one particular year only (25c and 50c) and I don't know why, so I'm not very confident with this year).

Not chrome plating the dies sure makes the fields look different.

I think I'll take MS-62 on this one, although the obverse fields look similar (in terms of contact marks) to the previous coin.

I'm still learning and find these games very helpful; of course you can only learn so much via a scan/photograph.

Anyway, I'll guess it a MS-62.

If consistency is to reign here,..and that's a big "if",..

...I'd call it ICCS MS62 because there are a few heavier face contacts on this 40..

...and it also has a nice fine die crack through the 0 in the date too.

ICCS MS64
Another-Grade-Guessing-Game!---ICCS-Coins

Which makes the winner.. wireman09

Last coin's winner was doubleeagle59.

I'm wondering if I should make a bit of a contest out of this, whoever gets the most right before Dec 15th gets a prize in the mail just in time for Christmas

It will not be anything too special but it'll be numismatic in nature haha.

I'll get some more diversity soon but most of my collection is George VI.

Next up is a 1939 $1 Silver Dollar
