Re-calibrating my scale using what I have learned from the previous two, it must be an MS-63.

Personally I consider this one to be overgraded, but at the same time a would not consider selling it as a MS64.. The cheekbone and jaw marks look worse in the photo - they're really not more than lustre breaks. ICCS MS65 which means nobody wins! but carly1 was closest   Next up lets do a 1919 half dollar

Wow..!! MS65..!! That means that all of my MS dollars are really MS 72's....Who would have known...

It's definitely not MS material without a crown full of jewels. So I am going to guess AU55 as a slight over grade since I didn't agree with the 1939 dollar either.
I guess I am overly strict on the grading of my coins or the people (ICCS) that are supposed to be unbiased about grading are concerned about making their clients happy.
