Appear to both be tokens, beyond that I can't offer much as far as identification though.

The one on the left is, I think, a New Years medal from the Vienna mint, Austria. There's quite an extensive series of these, all dated. Not too valuable, though; maybe a few dollars each.

The one on the right is a German "good-luck" token. Likewise, little value.
