I have that RAM two coin kangaroo set, the Kangaroos of the world set from 2013. Both colored coins, IMO are very well done and make the detail stand out.

Got the 2014 year coin set with the $1 normal colour but with ever 2nd roo with fur on it.
It is very nice to look at coins, that to me look perfect!
Thanks Heaps for posting these $1 coin trout! I would of missed otherwise on this really nice set of $1 coins.

The Australia Royal Mint mailed them last Friday 1st and notified me by email and they arrived on Tuesday 5th. Not bad for a 4th release date!:)

So, I know that they are from different years and originally belong to the different sets, but in my opinion, this is the best minimal compilation of the Australian fauna, as it "widely known" **5 coins only - cause all 15 is too much. **I usually stay away from the coloured coins, but these - colourized, just some background element. **and finally, the depiction of animals has been inspired by traditional Aboriginal art, which makes it more unique from the traditional design. Here my set, I bought the coins separately from the different sources, and the box, IMO, better that the PM's one: why Dingo and not Lizard or Crocodile? Because I heard about it when was a little kid even before Koala, Wombat...etc

Thanks for sharing! Thank you, they really well done. Thin "proof" lines with the soft touch of colour beside. The Platinum version also great, and I think the 1/10 Pt also could be more or less affordable set.

Your collection Silveroid that you have posted above is a very hard to find release.
Looks like not only do you have a very nice set but one that is also very expensive and difficult to duplicate.
Good On You Great Too See. kg5

I'd like the know more a out the coin with the mob kangaroos, like how much does one go for, is it a circulation coin, where to find one, Mintage ? It's a really cool coin, trout, also what is a pad print coin? The other 1$ insect coins are very interesting and I'd like two know the same info? I'm very taken with the kangaroo coin! I'm in Canada and it's very interesting to learn Aussies have GST too, ours came in in 1986 and was supposed to be temporary!! I vaguely think we got the idea from the Aussies, too long ago! I really don't like the GST.
I have the second Aussie map coin emu, I intend collecting the series. The shape is refreshing. Any ideas of how many will be in the series? I have a couple colored royalty silver coins. Eventually I'd like to get the century stamp one, I find it intriguing.

@ Silveroid a very nice collection! Can you give more information on the set? Also what is the case from, it's very nice? Together it's a quality display to be proud of. I like how the use of color is not overpowering and is enhancing the coins.

Hi pocket change 50. The Royal Australian Mint is the place those $1 coins comes from. You might get a discount to soften the mailing cost but one of those bug $1 coin cost $15 in OZ and that is with GST. Quote: also what is a pad print coin? The mob of roos are covered with fur looking and feeling finish.
