is this a Repeater or a Rader Note?

I think the maximum you could get for that is $20.

The thing about radars and repeaters from circulation is that people generally don't buy them on ebay, they look for them in circulation. However if you have a first or last prefix with a radar or repeater then that would add a significant premium.

as the Note World is a little over my Budget.
5's & 10's are about it.
Though a First/Last Prefix $50 or $100 maybe just One.
