Just seen on eBay--is this a small date or a large date?
For PCGS's attribution, click here (the cert # matches)

I always look at the tops of the date to see if they line up, also the 9 doesn't have the 'curl' so I would call it a large date also.

Definitely a Large Date. The TPG's seem to be slipping when it comes to the attribution of coins, especially large and small date Lincoln varieties. Do they even look at the coins that they slab?

I don't think the attribution is that difficult, but these keep turning up I bet I could find more LD as SD proofs if I looked hard enough.
In this case, the seller is providing detailed pictures of the date--and yet it keeps getting bid up.

Coop However many auctions over the internet show the whole slab, wirhout enough detail for a correct attribution. This auction is the exception. Rule #1.1 might be "Show me the coin!"

I guess that is why they should grade the coin and not depend on the submitter being right. Seems like they owe somebody their grading fees back or expect them to cover the lost of their grading.... IMOHO
