1999 Lincoln 'Bie' Die Chip?

It looks like a die chip, but its hard to see, due to the glare.

I suggest diffusing that light with some fabric. If your camera has a macro or close up setting, enable that and you should be able to get closer shots. The macro / close up feature is usually indicated by a flower. I try to avoid zooming in more than 2.0x in macro mode because the camera will have issues focusing.

The reverse may be a little off center, but it is not enough to matter, since all the devices are still on the coin. MAD's and Off center coins get a premium if their devices fall off the edges.

It might be a die chip or a gas bubble. If it gives when you press on it, gas bubble under the plating. The reverse looks like a MAD (Mis-Aligned-Die) coin. We usually note this on the obverse, but the changed the hammer and anvil die selection. So we need to start looking for the reverses as having the MAD as well.
