I just found a 1954 British six pence, I know it's not silver but a few years older and it would have been.

Yet another reason CRH is addictive You just have to keep looking I guess.

I remember seeing a thread about a gold coin found in a cent roll, has anyone ever found silver in a cent roll?

I could be wrong, but it might have been roll searching before I knew of boxes where I found my 3-pence. was probably a dime roll though because how small it is.

Found a silver dime in 50$ bag of pennies from coin counter. Figured the bag of dimes would be loaded, but it was just average

Those are some nice finds

I think the 3 pence is quite small shadz so my bet would be a dime roll, still nice thou.

The highest value coin I have gotten out of a penny roll is the 1913-D I just got. Krause puts it in the $2-3 range so heck it's even better then a silver dime at the moment

Great find! Sixpence is lucky, keep it near you

I at first thought it was just a superstition, but it proved otherwise since I started getting strings of good luck when my sixpence is around!

Yep. I found a Silver Dime in a penny roll before. I was shocked. I'm sure everyone has found a dime in a penny roll at least 100 times, but for it to be a silver dime I was excited.
