I like Vima Takto! That's a nice one.

This type of coin was my first local purchase and in my delight at finding an ancient coin locally (unusual), I paid three times the usual price for it. LOL.

I got it for £9.50 plus £3.79 shipping from Cyprus. I have seen them go for more, so quite pleased. It might clean up a little. Hoping I can ID it, but I will wait until I have it in hand.

Technically, coins of Soter Megas a.k.a. Vima Takto are "Kushan" rather than "Indo-Greek", but since the inscriptions on these coins are in degenrate Greek and the Kushan Empire was kind of roughly in northern India, "Indo-Greek" could be used in a generic sense.

Very nice coin. I haven't gotten one of his yet but it's on my list. Nice details and visible legend.
