I'd agree with AU but hard to tell if it is AU55 or AU58. I'd venture a guess at AU55. The fields look good and so it looks better than AU50.

Au details - may have been cleaned the color appears a little off on the obverse!

AU-53 (I know there is no 53 in Canadian Grading but it's better than a 50 and not as good as a 55 so..)

I think it may be the direct light he has on his coin that makes it too bright.

Looks AU-58 to me.
