Picked up this $5 gold Indian last night from an estate. Weight & dimensions match the RedBook. Comments & grades are appreciated.

These are tough to grade, using PCGS's Photograde I'm thinking it's VF-range. I am not very experienced with the incuse Indian gold coins so I am always eager to learn.

I really need PCGS Photograde for BLP's Indian gold coins.
Refer to that, then your grading opinion will be better than mine.

Fabulous, unique, successful and interesting design, and a credit to America's numusmatic heritage.

Appears genuine with VF/XF borderline detail. Grade isn't that important because it is a common date with significant wear so it is worth melt value + a small premium.
