Another 1878-P - Type 2 - Need Help

This Morgan has more going on than I can recount. And.... I can't seem to nail it down. The obverse matches the VAM-144 series, but the reverse does not. Here's just a part of what's going on - "IN" clash on obverse, doubled "Liberty" (left justified), doubled date, doubled ear, spike from top eyelid, and it goes on. On the reverse the is extreme doubling and clashing, but I can't get it to match any of the 144's. Help please. As an aside, there is a round lump on the top right curvature of the last "8". Don't know if that's what is discussed re the now defunct 144-B. Have a go and let me know... PG
