I don't see anything out of place. Seller has 100% feedback and almost 800 items for sale, that usually means that he/she does not sell fakes.

Looks ok to me, but perhaps cleaned. Looks more like AU than MS.

Genuine. The beard detail is amazing.

Genuine, but over graded by the seller.

Cleaned and retoned. Flat cheek. Slightly flat jaw with beard detail. Wheat kernels are flat. Reverse has contact marks.
The off color red splotch on the right 1/4 of the obverse and at 12 o'clock as well.

I've honestly never seen beard and hair detail as good as that.
Can someone explain to me how the beard and hair details can be what they are, but everything else is average or flat?

BlackNWhite, I think 1916 Lincoln cents generally had a very strong strike and thus much more detail than usual.

IIRC the Master Die was refreshed in 1916 (Thad, help here?) and 1916's with silly strikes (like this one) aren't uncommon.

Ah, that would explain it better, I only gathered that info by searching for images of early lincoln cents, it seemed the teens had a lot more beard detail in MS examples and I assumed and increase of strike pressure would have explained it. Outside of that I had no idea, I should really stop guessing if I have no idea what I'm talking about

Genuine, MS details, cleaned and retoned. The dull color just pops out.

SsuperDave - you are right. 1916 was a great year for beard and other details POPPING on Lincolns.

My only concern is that I can see no trace of cartwheel luster in the pictures but it could just be the lighting. I think the coin just toned oddly but this is one you have to see in hand to figure out because I can't see any luster in the photos.
Yes Dave, a new master hub was made in 1916 and the details strengthened, that's why the great beard detail. The devices always look somewhat flattened on 1916's.
