Does this 1941 nickel look like a dot or die chip or something else.

Die chip IMO, I don't believe it to be a known variety.

Many of the coins show a tiny divet like yours in that area. If you look closer you might find a tiny thin line across that area (between the 19-41) or even a double 9 for that year (I can't tell from the picture), but it does look like there may be more.

Yes there is a line between the 19- and 41.

So then you have a minor error Die Crack between the 9 and 4 in the date (Zoell error #1845 is the closest I could find).
