I'd say AU 50.

More than EF45 in my opinion. I'd say mid AU

I would say a EF-45. But that is just because of the obverse field, and notice the beads on the crown, have a tiny tiny amount of wear. So yes EF-45 to AU-50 but no higher than a AU-50.

The reverse is beautiful!! The obverse however has a lot of dings and marks in the field. I'm sure with that many dings in the field, in hand would show dings on the effigy as well.
No more then EF45 mabey even EF40.

As you said, the revers is very nice. Most of the marks are on the observe side. Here's an other picture of the observe.
