Did he find it under a mattress? Either that or someone left it in a safe deposit box. Most of them look in poor condition. More like spending money. ace_ftw Pillar of the Community Canada 1747 Posts	Posted 02/13/2015 1:54 pm He or someone he inherited these from had a contact at the bank, and bought up old bills that were brought into the banks. you could easily flip through and look at each bill and see if there is one.
