By no means an authority but I would say yes and it does appear to have slight doubling. I will say at first glance no but after closer examination of the wide part of the D I've changed my mind.

I see something too but the pics off the phone are harder to read. Maybe an RPM but also maybe MD.

Note the top of the mint mark? The lines that are interfering with the upper horizontal. those are metal striation lines. These occur when the dies move slightly. The edge of the device shows the roughness of the edge. Not a RPM. Just fine die movement. It probably occurs on the tops of the date as well. Here is a coin I found with these die striations.

I agree with Cooper,the pics way to much light hitting the Cent. Defuse or Remove some of the lighting bud.

yes good pictures ars important. I have seen those lines often, and know they are no good. now I know they are striations. I am presently building an axial lighting box.
