By no means an authority but I would say yes and it does appear to have slight doubling. I will say at first glance no but after closer examination of the wide part of the D I've changed my mind.
Note the top of the mint mark? The lines that are interfering with the upper horizontal. those are metal striation lines. These occur when the dies move slightly. The edge of the device shows the roughness of the edge. Not a RPM. Just fine die movement. It probably occurs on the tops of the date as well. Here is a coin I found with these die striations. Note the bottoms of the devices in this image. See the lines? They are from metal movement.
yes good pictures ars important. I have seen those lines often, and know they are no good. now I know they are striations. I am presently building an axial lighting box.
