This one shows a mark on Liberty's right elbow and left leg.A hair line scratch below the T in liberty.And what looks like a mark on the log the eagle is standing on.Could this make a MS-60?

I wish I could say that I could help with the grading, but I can't.

However, your topic title describes a coin that doesn't exist. SLQs ( Standing Liberty quarters) were last struck in 1930.

You have a 1941 Walking Liberty half dollar.

After I made my previous comment, I took a look at Photograde - your coin appears to be Mint State, probably surpassing MS-60.

I'm not good with these from imperfect images but I lean towards believing it Uncirculated. If so, it's a tad chattery and 63/64ish.

I wouldn't be unhappy with $19 but keep in mind stuff like this is common-enough that you can be picky with them if you wish.

I'd say $19 for a MS-64 coin is pretty nice..

I think that is a nice Walker for $19. It is very common, but not in that condition. The coin is over 70 years old and I wonder where it has been. Get me a 1916 in that condition for $19....please.

I'm getting the idea that I,and My LCS,under-grade the coins appeal to people.But I guess that is to both of Our advantages.
I just hope He keeps this in mind when He picks up a SL dime,and/or a SL quarter,that I asked Him to look for.

I'm still working on getting just a good looking one those and one of these,let alone finding one for someone else.Besides I have a lot more to learn before I get into higher priced coins.But,I will keep an eye out for one.The first one I find will be Mine,then I'll let You know on the second one.
