I thought personally it might be between F and EF as PCGS mentions that as long as there is still some detail on the laurel leaves but I am probably wrong, any comments welcome

I am thinking VG but would need some larger pics so I could see Liberty, E Pluribus, and such better. 'Might' go with Fine if I had it in hand but I can't tell that from the pics.

I think it is a VG8. The rim on the reverse is worn into the letters and apprears to not be intact, preventing a fine grade. Mike
