The coin is Sweedish - a Copper Nickel clad copper Krona KM-852. It has a mintage of 81 million 400 thousand.

Sweden hasn't switched to the euro yet, so it's still worth face value there - around US16¢.

Thingee had a similar one posted in this old thread - only in slightly worse condition.
