keep any type B or C wash quarters...their stock will go up as more collectors learn about them...find type c by noting the sharp tail feathers with strong ribs running through them...good luck!! type b is worth $50 range and type c $200up

Bought a collection of silver yesterday which included $45.00 in silver quarters. Found 2- 1963 Rev B XF pieces and as I was getting down to the bottom of the pile, my second 1964D Rev C AU piece.!! Yipppeeeee!!

Hey guys, could someone post some pics of B and C coins. I have given little to no attention to quarters but am always trying to learn. Thx, Jim

Hello,
Of all of the Rev B quarters 1956-1964 I find that the 1962 is hardest to find followed by the 1956 and 1964. The rest are pretty easy. Can anyone else post their results in finding these dates? TIA

After reading this post I got out my silver sack and checked the two rolls of 1950-1964 circulated Washingtons I had put away. I didn't find any likely type C examples, but there were two 1962-P quarters that look like the posted type B coins. Here is one of them: Gary or Harvey: would you give it a "B"?
