1958/1959 Franklin Half Type 2 Any Premium?

I noticed a type 2 Franklin half either a 1958 or 59 half in my dealers junk box. He was wanting $9 for it unattributed. I can't remember the year but remember the reverse being different

I was just wondering if the type 2 had and premium over type 1 halves or not. If there isn't any extra value I probally pass since I can get halves cheaper then that usually. If it's rarer I like to grab it.

These were minted with Proof dies. Grab it if it's a 1958; 1959's are far more common as Type II's.
