What would you grade this 1940S-1MM-001. Also What would you assign as the value?

Grade would be in the EF range, cheek is worn along with the jaw, value 5-10 bucks, nice find! There are a couple up for auction on ebay right now, watch those to get an ideal on worth

The cheek is flattened pretty bad, I'm going with VF25, maybe 30 because the wheatheads are pretty good.
