I think it is a tourist token/medal sold in Egypt.
There are similar 'gold' coins.

I do not know if they are real silver or gold

I'm guessing the 999.9HH might be for fineness, but that's just me.
I feel like 20 grams for a 34mm coin sounds reasonable for silver. How does the edge look like? It it milled, plain or does it have a trace of some other metal?
I don't think it is an actual coin as it has no denomination. It's toned like that of a silver coin, but it can always be plated.

The coin is not magnetic , the edge looks plain and has the same golden looking.
I hope Petrus did get my answer not the same way as you bpoc1. I am thankful for his link and help.

From my experience the fact that the edge is plain confirms it's a medallion.
The edge's got the same colour as the rest of the coin.
Sounds like a perfectly good silver piece. If my calculations are correct, then the melt value would be about US $11. Knowing nothing about the market for these type of objects, I'd say the value isn't more than the melt value.
But then again, I could be wrong.
