If you are trying to buy it, pretend it's XF-AU The 1928 definitely looks circulated, and wiped or cleaned. XF40 Details. Are these on ebay? I am selling better coins from my local dealers inventory because he is getting older and has no idea to sell online as well as he rarely gets customers anymore. I will put a link for you to see my coins online. I also have rarer coins up too and will be posting rare dates for Morgans later today such as 95-O, 95-S, and 1893...etc. Feel free to bid if the 1928 interests you I would guess it is within the same range condition wise as your photos but I am 100% sure its real.
