It was removed from a "Good Luck" holder and now it is a damaged coin. If you have one in the holder, leave them in the holder. When you find these in circulation it is now a damaged coin. No premium for these.

Crimping the coin into the token causes what you are seeing around your coin.

I am curious; when you compared your coin to other pennies, does your coin seem bigger?
