I will post a pic of this one sometime today because I cannot find anything on it. On the front it has just a face and surrounding the face is written UNITED STATES OF AMERICA COLUMBIAN HALF DOLLAR
on the back WORLDS COLUMBIAN EXPOSITION CHICAGO and dated 1892.
Has a ship in the middle...Ok getting my camera out...LOL

Yeah, about the only affordable commemorative half. Other than a Booker T. Washington Carver, which is only good for melting down.

I did get a buy on a Stone Mountain half, but the 'collectors' keep the prices higher than I wish to spend.

the columbian half in about uncirculated is only worth about $20 compared to the other expensive halves

I have one sitting on my desk right now.

Bought a couple recently for $8 each.

They are interesting coins.
