I don't see anything like doubling on the date at all. I think whatever you're seeing is not showing up in the photos. Or at least not so that I can see it.

I don't see any doubling either, but I know that a large number of 1969-S cents show strong signs of Strike Doubling or mechanical damage.
If it were the big one, it would be quite obvious.
