What is wrong with this penny? Rotation damage or mint error?

First of all, that picture is of a 1979 Lincoln Cent, not a 1970 S.

Yes I'm sorry I downloaded the wrong picture. I forgot I haven't optimize my 1970 picture yet! So switch it this instead. My apologies

On obverse I see double collar and double ear.
On the reverse I see no ("F.G.") and a double on sitting Lincoln
Rest in Peace

This cent is not an error, but a hero. It jumped in front of the shotgun blast that would have killed the dime behind it.

This coin has had a rough life, please try comparing to another 2007 penny that isn't so damaged. I also see the F.G. in the second image and don't see doubling
