This is what an overlay looks like with RPM-007.
I couldn't find any die markers for this die state.

The mint mark is in the right position, but it looks different.

I can't find markers to match in coppercoins, these one has a split serif on the bottom plus the west curve.

I'm not convince this is it. The mint mark looks completely different to me, but it could be the light.
