Curious what grade you would assign this? Thanks!

I'd give it a VG8/10 based on the obverse wear. Although most of "LIBERTY" is visible, many of the bust features are well worn. PG
Rest in Peace

Technical F-12, but I doubt anyone would pay F-12 money for it due to the overall lack of details, except for novices whose only coin collecting knowledge comes from the Red Book.

Possibly a slightly misangled die strike on the obverse, making one half of it stronger than the other. I would pay VG-08 money for this coin, if I was ever interested in buying something like this that is.

It is genuine, though.

Fine-12. Perhaps a small lamination at the #9 star. I like this coin.

I like it too, but no way this is a Fine. VG-08 here.

There does not appear to be enough detail in the hair to be VG-10.

VG-8.

Sorry to bump the thread, but I was recently offered $100 for this coin. Is that a decent offer or low? Thanks!

FMV Numismedia has the value of a VG08 1912 S at $150. It's a fair offer, but a bit low, and I'd try to get the buyer up a bit. Just my opinion. A PCGS example sold for $134 in July.
