I know seller pics are blurry, but it looks like there's a lot of meat on this one. The green haze will get the acetone-Verdicare two step. I needed this upright 5 for the Dansco.

It looks XF/AU, but I'm no expert.

EF-40 details, it has some issues.

Agree with IndianGoldEagle on the EF-40. With the hazy photo it's tough to see the hits or abrasions. The one main concern I'd have is that rim ding at 4:00 on the reverse.

Close to AU, a lot of meat is left on the L in LIBERTY. XF45/AU50. As for details, it looks cleaned (unnaturally red) and that rim ding is a distraction on the reverse.

I think there are a also couple of hits on the obverse at about 4 o'clock. Will be interesting to see what it really looks like. These 1856 upright 5s are a bit tough, and coins half this good are still selling for over $20.

With no reverse picture, no accurate opinion.
Obv. would make XF tough IMO.
