I came across this the other day. Please comment if you feel this is a legit D/S or wishful thinking. I cannot find any supporting documentation for this variety/error. Any good websites for this stuff would be appreciated too.

Hi, if the D over S was the case, it was a larger, wrong sized S that was punched. See how the discrepancies go beyond the boundaries of the D, making it both taller and wider than the D. I have to go check mine now, very interesting.

If it were a D/S the S would be stronger in the field:
