Looking at the PCGS picture, the strike is weak due to a lack of metal to fill the devices because of the size of the dime planchet, how does a grader grade this noting the lack of a full strike? Is it based on relative lack of marks in fields and on the coin features which indicates a lack of wear, thus a mint state grade. Report this Post to the Staff
