I suppose I qualify...background is IT and moved into Financial Analysis doing mostly SAS programming.

Good luck on getting an appointment to the Academy (or perhaps you already have given you're a senior) as that is a great path to ttake for any young person! ...great education and they turn out excellent Marines....and a few sailors too I suppose HAHAHA

Applied Science (Applied Chemistry) degree. So, yes.

Have two degrees, one in electronics, one in chemistry. My father, who is also a collector, was a chemical engineer. On the other hand my best friend growing up was also a collector and he was a rent a cop with a high school diploma (which I do not have).

I'm still undecided on which exact major I'm taking (since there are a lot of choices with a lot of overlap between them) but it's in life sciences.

Whatever the poll results, remember correlation doesn't always equal causation. There might be a third variable somewhere.

I have a degree in Earth Sciences and I studied Life Sciences for a while. Now I work in Construction.....

I guess I like to build things.

I use math constantly and there is frequent use of engineering in my trade.

I'm actually a Music Education major in college right now, but I love math and science. I have taken Physics, Calculus, Organic/Bio Chem, Honors Chemistry, and even a residential electricity class.
