Picked up from ebay with box and COA for $35.00. Did I do good?
Since this on has a mint mark That make this a "Burnished" coin right?
Is this worth getting graded?

Yes a Burnished example, not the sought after reverse of 2007 but a nice coin for retail price.

You paid about right for it. It is a burnished (W) edition. A mintage of 533,757 compared to the bullion mintage of 20,583,000 and a proof mintage of 700,979 increases the collector value above and beyond it's silver value. If you have the OGP, Original Government Packaging, that also adds somewhat to the value.
Of course if it was the rare " 2007 reverse " (which yours is not) then the value would really sky rocket.

Unless it turns out to be an MS70, which is highly unlikely, the cost of grading would bring the overall cost above the value.
