Yesterday I found (while crh'ing) a large date 1970 S DDO, brown in color.

Is it worth anything?

the large date is the common 1970 S. it is worth a few cents - just because of its copper content. any higher value - would be completely condition depentent.

photos would be helpful - when asking value related questions...
Rest in Peace

These are 3 different ones that I have. The darkest one is the one that I found yesterday.

Did you find a match on CC's site? Pics are not all that good but none of them look like DDO's.

can't tell from pictures

Do you know which die # you think they are?

There are about 30 for the 1970-S and maybe half are for the large date

And they range from a class 8 like An extra bar over 7 of the date to very strong tripling or class 1

Some of 1970 doubled dies have unusual doubling on them.
Sometimes on the tops of the devices in the center:

Some above the 70 on the date:

Some below the 70 on the date:

So on this year the doubled dies are a little different than other years.
