The picture is not so hot, so it's hard to say anything definitive.
From what I can see, the sharpness looks like an EF coin. There does not appear to be any luster, and if fact the surfaces look to be dark and granular, which not unusual for a Liberty or Shield nickel. If that is the case, this is a damaged coin, and there is huge discount in the price as a result.
If you are thinking about buying this, I'd pass unless you have an iron-clad return guarantee.
