The King of Siam set of coins with the 1804 silver dollar has just sold for a reported $8.5 mil. It had been sold back in 2001 for $4 mil.
Not a bad mark up in only four years.

If I had the other seven 1804 dollars, I could afford a vacation!

I personally think that the price of 8.5 million was a bargain. The 1804 Dollar included in the set is by far the best, and is considered a 6 million dollar coin all by itself.
This was a very good buy.
Rest in Peace

That's really sweet of all of you to pool your resources and buy that for me for Christmas! It's just what I always wanted!

If I put all my resources in a pool, the pool would still be empty.
