In the Nov 7 issue, the ANA board fired back at Beth Deisher concerning last weeks editorial. The guest commentary written on behalf of all the ANA board lashed out stating that Ms. Deisher chose not to use any factual information from the ANA , and that she takes sniper shots at the ANA leadership. One major quote, "The ANA board is taking this opportunity to make it very clear to CoinWorld and its readership that poor journalistic or reporting standards will no longer be tolerated with silence by the ANA." For my part, I will never again waste the time to discuss the ANA and ebay or their activities. It isn't worth the time, nor the possible law suits that seem to be just a matter of time. Remember 1 thing, it is always the "Truth" that hurts most  NUFF SAID. |

Shoot. I'll ride and pull. I'll even put up some money for a Bigger red wagon!!! I'm disappointed in the ANA. I'm disappointed in the coin hobby. Both have fallen in a big hole called.."Coin Industry" Jerry |

Im so discuraged with what has been going on, that I don't even think I would enjoy a "hay-ride" about this time.
I'll wait to hear the news ND, and hope it is good. The coin collecting world could use some along about now.

Old Dan I think a good roll in the hay might do us all some good? Sitting around a campfire talking coins, fishing and hunting. Couldn't get any better than that!

Hey, don't forget the beer & firearms-- On another note, ANA members should have received a letter from them requesting donations (I got mine today)--for hrrmmm To awaken, to network (with ebay perhaps), and to advance coin collecting. Let see, I can check the box for 25, 50, 100 or $250, o yea, other? what does that mean $1, or $1000. Should I send them a token? let me know guys--  |

I got mine today. It's not just for donations, it's for "un-restricted" donations. I think that means you can't earmark that money for the publication or for YN's etc. It goes into the general fund and you'll probably never know how it was spent. 'Cause you know, that's a secret.  Why don't they just get some donations from these corporations they are joined at the hip with. Edited by longnine009
