Partial Back To Front Offset Error

As you guys know I'm new to the error notes.. I'm looking on some comments on this partial back to front offset. I wasn't sure if it was a real offset or just a wet ink transfer but a look closely and I noticed the back design was transferred in green on the front. I wish it was covering a little more of the note and at least went some more into the white area, but I got it for really cheap, I think lol
