Won this via ebay. Looks ms to me. Needed a nice example for my gold type set. Worst case if I don't like it I got a full 30 day return

I tend to agree, AU55 on the low end, maybe a shot MS when in hand.

I agree with AU-55, and completely problem-free apparently. Nice type example!

This seller seems to grade conservatively. I've placed bids on his auctions but usually get outbid. Congrats on winning a nice piece!

Almost won a beautiful 1853 $2.5 piece but alas wasn't meant to be. Obviously pics are hard to tell but it is very possible it could be mint state, if so I did nicely on this piece.

I agree with AU53 or 55. Looks genuine so the price is pretty good.

I did get it at a decent price....too bad buyer is in NY like me another $30 outta pocket for sales tax.....luckily ebay bucks took off $10 .
