I found this Franklin half dollar folder for $1 today. Came home and realized this was once a complete set and was taken apart...duhhh does anyone know the company that sells these or if there is anywhere that sells the plastic cases so a half dollar will fit in the large circles. I only have Walking Liberty halves now so that is what I'll use as a reference in the pic.

I no longer use folders. I lost some good coins to them b/c the REV sides lost their mint luster after being stored in what I thought was airtight conditions. Evidently the cardboard can harbor moisture from humidity. Circulated coins would likely be OK, but be careful if one has luster.

Your folder is meant to store half dollars that are in capsules.

From appearances, I would bet that the Air-Tite capsule for US half dollars - model H39, 30mm with foam insert - is just what you are looking for. The capsules are available with either black or white foam inserts.

The capsules are perfectly safe for coin storage and offer some of the best protection on the market. Some of my coins have been in the capsules for 20+ years and look the same as the day they were placed in them. They are a great capsule/holder.

A quick internet search will yield multiple dealers of Air-Tite holders.

If you have all those Half Dollars to fill those slots, you would need a lot of capsules that hold the coins. This could end up costing a lot and you would possibly save more by simply buying an Album
