But a photo or scan posted would greatly aid in making a definitive identification. That said, does it look like this? That it was such a minuscule denomination (a mere 5 sen, which works out to just 1/200th of a yen) plus its issue being a wartime emergency stopgap measure meant serializing could be dispensed with.
