I understood that there was supposed to be some kind of hearing in late February in Colorado on ICG's suit against Anacs arising out of the "big switcheroo." Does anybody know what happened there?

Sorry. I was just referring to the mass exodus of ICG staff to Anacs, followed by the mass hiring of "old Anacs" staff by ICG. It was my understanding that ICG had filed suit against Mr. Taylor and others regarding alleged violation of employment agreements, non-competition agreements, etc., and that there was to be a hearing in late February on ICG requests for injunctive and other relief. I do not believe any such hearing would be "closed", so was wondering if it had been held, if any "relief" had been granted to ICG, if Mr. Taylor or other now-Anacs personnel were pursuing counterclaims of any sort, etc, etc, etc. I haven't seen any press releases by either of these two grading services, but as I say, if the hearing was "open", then any orders entered or new pleadings filed would be public record.

If there are non-compete agreements in place, I doubt that they hold up in court. Basically you cant prevent someone from doing work they know how to do. It's more of a threat on paper than anything else, but from what I understand it never holds up in courts.
