Help With Identifying 30 Cash Coin - Chinese?

It appears to be a 30 Cash coin from possibly China, however I could not find it in any of my available references. Is is approximately 34mm. Any information on attribution, rarity and value would be greatly appreciated. Report this Post to the Staff

However it doesn't exactly match the obverse of that series (KM389 - KM397) Found an X#22 in the Unusual World Coins reference which is even a closer match but the top and the bottom character on the obverse is different.
